At Lake District Hotels we understand that dogs are part of the family and as such many owners like to take their dog with them on holiday rather than having to leave he or she behind in a boarding kennel. This is why all six of our Lake District hotels allow well behaved dogs to stay for just a small supplement. The Borrowdale Hotel near Keswick is our best equipped dog friendly hotel with dogs being allowed to stay in any of the bedrooms and we also have dog beds available as well as treats for well behaved dogs. For that little extra touch we even make our own dog cakes ready for your arrival for guests who call us to order them in advance.
